George was wonderful in conducting our building inspection on our new home and landscaping. He was very professional, producing a very thorough report which has been very beneficial when we had some poor workmanship undertaken on our home resulting in court proceedings. His report was very detailed, unbias and informative. He’s experienced, knowledgeable and personable .

I found this business via a Google search. I spoke directly with owner George and was able to commission his services during the first day of the cooling off period. George demonstrated excellent communication skills throughout the entire interaction both with myself and the owner of the house. He was thorough with the inspection conducted spending over an hour on site and this was reflected in his comprehensive report which I loved because he presented me with a summary page of major and minor defects and photos that corresponded with his findings. Further more, George managed to email across the report within 3 hours of conducting the inspection conducted. This was a major feat given that I called him at 2pm and he drove all the way from the souther suburbs after another inspection in the rain and traffic to conduct a 5pm inspection and the report was in my email box by 9pm! That's what i call EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! THANK YOU George for your OUTSTANDING SERVICE. A+++ effort! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PROVIDER.

My wife an I were in the process of buying our first home, when we contacted George to perform a building inspection during our 48 hour cool down period. With time of the essence, George got the job done same day, issued me a 58 page report that afternoon and called me at night to explain the report. His service was faultless. His advice to the home repairs needed, allowed me to renegotiate the price with the vendors successfully, which in turn paid for the the building inspection 20x over. George also pointed out several building issues which was causing me to potentially pull out of the contract. The issues were not serious in the end but no stone was unturned and now I have peace of mind. Having a qualified builder on your side when purchasing was amazing.
